This is the second time myself and my wife have used Dec and his team. Both times they were extremely efficient, professional and genuinely cared throughout the whole process. They kept everything running smoothly, communicated clearly and were always there to help whenever I had any questions. Plura’s service has been outstanding from start to finish yet again. We contacted Plura ahead of making an offer on a new property, which we intend to be our ‘forever’ home therefore extra consideration had to go into the affordability of this. Dec and his team have been extremely proactive, organised and efficient in getting us the information we need to make this huge decision and progress matters. Nothing ever feels like too much work. Each element of the service is not only professional and seamless but provided with a positive energy and passion for what they do. Dec has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Honest, professional and always kept us updated every step of the way. He was available whenever we needed him, even late at night to help push things through. Couldn’t recommend Dec highly enough. My husband and I have used Plura numerous times now, and Dec has always been absolutely amazing, which is why we keep coming back. However, this was our first time working with Amy and she showed exactly the same high standards - we genuinely couldn’t be happier. The service from Amy was honestly brilliant. She was so easy to communicate with and always made herself available whenever we needed her. She took the time to properly understand our needs, our circumstances and what was right for us, rather than just giving us a standard solution. She explained everything clearly and simply, which made the whole process feel so much easier and less overwhelming. What really stood out was how much Amy genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us. She was open and honest throughout, answered every question we had and came back with results so quickly. We always felt that the advice she gave us was based on what was genuinely best for us. We would absolutely recommend Amy, and Plura, to anyone looking for help with a mortgage or insurance. There really isn’t anyone better at this and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
